It's funny that you post this, because the other day I was thinking about how excited different milestones in the stadium construction got me and how, now looking at the (virtually) completed structure, I'm almost embarrassed by how into those lesser milestones I was. Some of them include:
-Clearing the lot to prepare for construction
-The first above ground signs of construction (as this photo represents)
-The first real signs of structure (larger frames of the building)
-The frame of the horseshoe being enclosed
-The frame for the scoreboard going up
-The first concrete poured where the seats would be
-The first seats to be installed
-The first bricks on the exterior
The list really goes on and on, so I'll spare you further detail.
