In his rookie year in the Macedonia Superleague, Noah Dahlman (Wofford/Braham) helped lead his MZT Skopje team to the league championship winning the 7-game championship playoff in 5 games. Noah was named the league’s Forward of the Year and First Team All-Macedonian League.
Cameron Rundles (Wofford/DeLaSalle) has led his Leicester Rider team of England’s BBL to the championship game after scoring 59 points, grabbing 11 rebounds and dishing out 7 assists in the two semifinal games against Glasgow. The Riders will play New Castle for championship on Saturday, May 12. Cameron was named to the First Team All Offensive Team.
The Sendai 86ers won their first BJ League (Japan) playoff game behind Dan Fitzgerald’s (Marquette/St. Thomas Academy) buzzer beater 3-pointer, but was eliminated by Akita on points after losing their second playoff game.
Rick Rickert (Minnesota/Duluth East) had 48 points and 30 rebounds in winning Kyoto’s 2 game BJ League (Japan) playoff series advancing them to the quarterfinals against Osaka on Saturday, May 12.
