Recruits - Late Signings

Any news on potential late signing recruits for this year's class? Or will Kill save the remaining scholarships for walk-ons?

I believe in prior years some happened as late as June.

Late June is when the rubber hits the road with over signings, some pretty good football players become available when the school they signed with, doesn't have a scholarship to give. That's the ugly side of over signing. Coach Kill with his contacts will be in a good position to capitalize.

Looks like Coach Kill only had one late signee in his three years at NIU. To date, he has two: Cobbs and Thompson.
