Rayvonte Rice out 3 to 6 weeks with broken hand

Never like to see that happen to anyone (unless it had been Jameis Winston), but naturally the first thing I did was check to see when the Gophers play the Illini. It's Jan. 24, so unless Rice recovers quickly he'll miss the Gopher game.

Nevertheless, am not going to assume anything vs. the Illini. They've had our number at Williams Arena the last couple seasons. Gophers have scored 102 points total in back-to-back losses.
