We won boys. It was ugly, but we won.

We're 7-1 which is pretty good seeing who we've played.

North Carolina beat Kentucky today, which helps our RPI ranking.

The freshmen gave some important minutes and points today. That is encouraging as they'll only get better.

Mbakwe is better than any other player on our team. He has been dominate in every game this year. He just isn't a huge scorer.

We sure could use Rodney Williams to turn into a big time scorer, but I don't see it happening.

But most of all, Iowa still sucks...

Ladies Volleyball is in the sweet 16...(in fact, 6 Big Ten teams made sweet 16)...

I would add that Rodney needs to become our defensive stopper against the opponents three point guys. He certainly has the size and quickness to be a great defensive player, and, as Tubby mentioned last night, that is what we are lacking right now. His interesting take was that playing to thier strengths with multiple big guys made them slow on the perimeter and less capable of defending the three.

The biggest ray.... WE WON. Also, say what you want about Devoe but he sealed the game with the clutch shot on the baseline. This team needs a guy like that...
