1. Drew Allar, Penn State​

Minnesota will host Penn State on Nov. 23 and Allar will be one of two quarterbacks they face this season that started nine Big Ten conference games a season ago. He threw for 2,631 yards, 25 touchdowns and only two interceptions, but there is another level he could jump to this season as he could work his way into the first-round of the 2025 NFL draft.

The Gophers are viewed to have one of the toughest schedules in the country, but out of the 12 teams they face, the QB opposition is not that scary.

If he is the best QB we face I like our chances of winning 7+

He is fine, but he is Penn state’s 3rd best QB of the Franklin era and isn’t close to 1 or 2 yet

I'm not sure I would rate Allar higher than Moss. More is known about Allar, but Moss has the greater potential IMO.

Might be a rockstar, might be a meh qb. We'll see what kind of jump he made in the offseason and know what we're facing by November

Much was said about PSUs prior coordinator hamstringing him and the offense. We will see if he was worthy of all his prior hype
