I left off Clayes and Horton as they didn't have much time
My Ranking
Fleck
Stoll
Holtz
Mason
Kill
Gutekuntz
Brewster*
Wacker*
Salem*
*They could all be tied, but anyone that takes an 84-13 loss has to be at the bottom

You forgot Kill. I like your list... I would put Kill second I think.

In my lifetime and following Gopher Football back to the early 90s...

1) Fleck
2) Kill
3) Mason
4) Brewster
5) Wacker

Mason & Kill are interchangeable. Both walked into hard positions and made the program respectable.

Large gap
Gutekunst
Holtz - I get the hype but if you have gutekunst lower…Holtz is literally the reason we were stuck with Gutekunst
Grand Canyon sized gap
Brewster

In my lifetime from mid 1980's.

Fleck
Kill
Mason
Salem
Wacker
Brewster. - he might of had a higher win percentage, but I couldn't believe anything that came out of his "used car salesman" mouth.

I've been on board since Mason. Fleck at the top, Kill before Mason because Kill left Fleck a pretty good foundation to build on. I still like Brewster and I think he had a vision and worked his ass off in terms of selling the program, but he couldn't execute for shit and kept rotating offensive schemes. He also didn't seem to do much in terms of keeping guys in line.
