...school, football or neither? So far the only thing understandable about your question is the title "random question 2.0". In the spirit of the question I will give you the following three answers:

If the question is in regards to school, the University of Minnesota is on semesters so there is no quarter break.

If the question is in regards to football, the break is about the same as the break between the first and second quarter.

If the question is a totally random question the answer is C.

Probably not long enough to get to the restroom and back.

By rule 1 minute, with the exception that it may be extended for TV and Radio purposed. I would say most are 2-2:30 minutes.
