Former Gopher starting at right tackle for San Jose. Team got a nice win going into SEC country and knocking off Arkansas.

Jonathan Femi-Cole is playing at Western University, a Canadian college in Ontario that plays other Canadian teams. Looking at the boxscores he has rushed for about 8 or so carries for about 30-40 yards in the games so far.

Former gopher commit Randle Grimes is doing well at UNLV. In 3 games he has 8 catches for 109 yards including a 3 catch 74 yard, 1 TD game against Arkansas State and a 4 catch, 27 yard game at Northwestern. Wish we could have hung onto him. If he were still granted immediate eligibility I think he'd be a top 4-5 WR this year and potentially a top two WR the next two year s alongside Bateman. I think his ceiling is higher than Autman-Bell and Douglas. I think he went to UNLV instead because he has a kid at home. Same deal as Mike Warren, the Cincy RB.

Also former gopher signee Gervarrius Owens is starting for Houston and has 13 tackles in 4 games. I really liked him. Could have maybe started or at least been a real nice depth guy, especially if Winfield goes pro after this year. Tyler Nubin's emergence has made it easier to swallow but it would have been nice to have both.

Poor Delta. Man we feel for you...
