During yesterday's abbreviated segment with Jerry Kill on the Sports Huddle, Dave Mona was able to get in two questions that were raised last week in a "Questions for Dave Mona" thread on GopherHole. Coach Kill responded to the queries of GopherHolers Killjoy and gophergrad.

I'm confident Dave Mona would have used additional GopherHole questions, if they would have had more time with coach Kill. So, Dave still has some questions for his use next Sunday. Nevertheless, if you have a question(s) that you'd like asked of coach Kill, please submit them in this thread.

Thanks in advance . . .

Go Gophers!!

1) What were the top two concerns/discussion points at the recently held national coaches convention? Are the coaches pressing for any specific rule changes?

2) What are your thoughts on the conference realignments and expansions? In your opinion, what are the downsides and do you have any specific concerns with the realignments?

3) With B1G Conference's recent expansion and the possiblity of further growth, do you expect to see an increase in conference games and fewer non-conference tilts? Your personal thoughts related to more conference games?

4) Having had experience of coaching in the FCS playoffs, do you have a preference as to how many teams should compete in the FBS playoffs? Are you in favor of the playoff system that's scheduled to take effect in 2014?

5) Is there going to be competition by teams in this year's off season's strength and conditioning workouts, as there was last year?

6) Is there a specific area of focus this year in the team's strength and conditioning workouts, i.e., strength, flexibility, speed, endurance, etc..? In your opinion, what strength and conditioning areas need the greater emphasis, work and improvement?

Go Gophers!!

When do we see the o-line injuries go away, as was promised with Kline's S&C program?

Are there any Juniors (from an eligibility perspective) that were expected to play next year that are choosing to graduate rather than return for for their senior season? Reason I asked is I heard one of the coordinators interviewed in the last couple of weeks indicate Hill was not expected back next year.

thanks

Link? I think you misheard or misunderstood. Hill is a captain for next year.
