Now is the time to submit a question(s) to be asked of coach Kill on Sunday's Sports Huddle.

Go Gophers!!

What is the reasoning behind having only 4 open practices to the public, most of which will be early no-pads practices?

Who will be atop the depth charts or who do you think will step it up during camp at the LB and WR positions?

We've heard about Edwards, Jones and Drew W standing out among the frosh during summer workouts, anyone else catching the staffs eye? Same for Redshirt Frosh?

Can you talk about the DE's and how they will rotate? TC and Ameafula (sp) are anticipated starters, will Keith be the pass-rushing specialist? Where does Perry fit in?

Now that you are at your third season at Minnesota how do your see both the offense and defense evolving, especially the Maryland I?

How do you select which players will attend fall camp and when will you announce the fall camp roster?

I think last year when you played Neb, Bo told Coach Kill Neb had 150 players on the roster. I know you can only have 85 scholarship but how many can practice and take part in team activities? Are there any NCAA or Big 10 rules about this? How many will the Gophers have practicing?

Any news on the new kickers?

Any new procedures in place to try to prevent so many injuries?

When will you decide on moving Streveler or Jones to WR?

1) You and your strength and conditioning coaches have been positive about this year's incoming freshmen, especially with their athleticism. Last week, however, you said the first-year players need work in the weight room. Given the pluses and their deficiencies, do you plan to redshirt most of the class, and/or do you expect the skill players of the freshman class to see playing time?

2) Offense: is there any particular phase or positions that need to show great improvement in order for the team to enjoy great success this year?

3) Defense: what position needs to step up and show marked improvement to ensure success on the defensive side of the line of scrimmage?

4) Who are the players that we can expect to see receive the ball on punt and kick returns?

5) Special teams play: What phase needs to show marked improvement over last year's play? Punting, kicking, kickoffs, tackling, returns?

Go Gophers!!

Under what circumstances would you consider switching quarterbacks during a game? And who would make that call - the head coach or the offensive coordinator?

(or another way to put it - how much rope do you give a starting QB who's struggling?)

Does he have an idea of what incoming freshmen that he plans to redshirt or not?

For what it is worth, I once heard coach Kill say that one of the objectives of fall camp is to determine who will be redshirted and who will not. He went on to say you don't know the answer to that question until you can actually observe them at practice.

Whre do you see some of the offensive line depth coming in, who are the guys emerging

Beyond the starters in the offensive line how are young players like Issac Hayes, Foster Bush, Jonah Pirsig, Joe JBjorkland, Ben Lauer developing? How have they improved size wise, strength wise and are you starting to see some depth developed in the offensive line where we will not have to rely on Freshman and red shirt freshman to play in the trenches in the future.
What roll will Dominic Jones play in the kick off game now that he has moved to cornerback. Will he still be involved in the punt return and kickoff return teams?

Don't you mean Marcus Jones?

What is the latest news on Jonah Pirsig? Will he be ready for Fall practices?
