Gopher Sports: What are some of your hobbies outside of football?
Ray Dixon: We go bowling a lot. Every Sunday, Coffman has free bowling. Me, Damarius (Travis), Jalen (Myrick), Everrett (Williams), all go bowling. That’s something that people don’t know about us is that we like to bowl. We bowl 200-plus every game, so we are pretty good.
GS: Who’s the best bowler?
RD: Definitely me or Damarius. He sneaks one in every now and then.
GS: What can you tell us about your hometown?
RD: I’m from Loxahatchee, Fla. It’s a little country place in south Florida. It’s like an hour away from Miami. There isn’t much to do but fish, go bowling, do outdoors stuff like four wheelers and dirt bikes.
