Pregame Thoughts 2/6/2011... and some thoughts on the Indiana game and the starting lineup

"Super Bowl Sunday just got a lot more interesting for Minnesota sports fans. The undefeated and top-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes (23-0, 10-0) survived a slow first half against Michigan on Thursday to maintain their unblemished record, winning 62-53 behind the effort of freshman phenom Jared Sullinger's 19 points and 11 rebounds. At 1pm CT on Sunday, February 6, 2011, the #18/#20 Minnesota Golden Gophers (16-6, 5-5) have a chance to knock off the top-ranked team in the nation, which would be the first time they have done so since winning a 69-62 home game in 1989 over an Illinois team that was without star guard Kendall Gill (broken foot). ESPN will broadcast the game with Dave O'Brien handling the play-by-play duties and Dan Dakich saying words....."
