How about all the Big Ten jackasses who picked Nebraska to win the we West? Gerry Dinardo, Howard Griffith. Real experts. My 7 year old knows better. And yes, I said this prior to the season. Lose your 3 best players, program in shambles, but let's pick them. Ludicrous!

Huskers need a win and will come out hard. I wouldn't be surprised if Nebraska edges out a win in a close game... but I always pick the Gophers in Dr.Don's "Predict The Score" threads.

Gophers 23 - Nebraska 21.
 


The Gophers continue to click offensively. The close losses are messing up the Husker defense mentally. This one won't be that close however.

I am more concerned about how the band is going to sound after a 2 week hiatus.

Nebraska has allowed a fair amount of yards in its two Big Ten games but not a lot of points. As a passer, Armstrong has been less efficient than Mitch but the team will have to watch his running ability. I think the Gophers may get close to 400 yards but won't have anything close to the number of points they had at Purdue. Arguably Nebraska needs this one even more than we do so they should play tough.
