Predict the Score @ CSU 09-12-15.

Rams have not lost at home since 2013. Gophers are trending down with 2-5 record in last seven games. Rams win 28-17.

I don't know guys, I'm amazed at the spread here. I just don't see it. Maybe we'll get bushwhacked, but I've watched a lot of game tape from last season and I'm not that impressed. New QB etc etc.. These are completely worthless guesses but this it not TCU.

Gophers 33, Rams 7

Lol gotta love that logic.

We lose to national champ OSU by 7, #2 TCU by 6, SEC west champ Missouri, and B1G west champ Wisconsin ... so we're likely to lose to a G5 team? By double digits?

hyaluronic: Gophers 30 - 20

I didn't have time to check previous answers, so hopefully I'm not duplicating. Edit: I did duplicate, here's my second shot... re-checking for duplicates. Re-edit: Third time is the charm!

I think this is a hard fought game, that could go against us if we make mistakes on D. If we hold them to under 20, we should be in good shape, as we should be able to control the line and create running lanes and put up enough points to win. A defensive letdown and we could be in trouble.

Went ahead and did some simple averages on all score predictions on this thread and the CSU (ramnation.com) score prediction thread to this point.

Gopherhole average: MN 32.11 CSU 15.58
Ramnation average: CSU 25.78 MN 24.59

What does it mean? Absolutely nothing. I'm just a math geek and thought it would be interesting to compare the thoughts of the two fan bases..... Interesting to see how confident CSU fans seem to be at the very least.....

They're a decent team, they're at home, and we're not "Top 25". I don't blame them for thinking they have a shot. And if I have to predict a score, and I think the difference wil be the other team by a close margin, I'm predicting the Gophers.

CSU's home schedule last year wasn't exactly murderer's row, either.

Final: Gophers 23, Rams 20.

Winner: post #47, WanderingGopher (predicted 24-20).

I almost awarded a second winner to SelectionSunday, who also picked 24-20 score.
One problem...he picked wrong team. :banghead::banghead::banghead:
