I certainly agree with your assessment of this write-up. Most of the other pre-season write ups are shocking inept and clueless about this team. This guy has by far a much better understanding of both the pluses and minus of this team along with what the upsides and downsides are for this team.

Almost everything else I have read has been pure junk. I have been surprised how many people here have excused the other writers for phoning in their reviews. It was suggested more than once that we shouldn't expect more than this because the Gophers didn't play that well. That is just plan laziness and bullsxxx! They should be embarrassed by how bad this guy made them look.
