The ACC received wins from Syracuse, Pitt, and Maryland to move above .500 in the Power 6 standings. The Cuse's win over the Gophers was the ACC's first vs. the Big Ten. Meanwhile, the SEC lost another one (Arkansas to Cal) to drop to 1-11 vs. the other Power 6 conferences. The Gophers need to keep the SEC on its tailspin this afternoon to ensure they leave Maui with at least one Division I win. Leaving the island without a D-I win would be a killer for the Gophers' already weak nonconference slate/resume.

The Power 6 conferences head to head through Monday, November 25:

Head to Head
1. Big Ten (9-3, 75%)
2. Big XII (7-5, 58.3%)
3. Pac 12 (5-4, 55.6%)
4. ACC (7-6, 53.8%)
5. Big East (6-6, 50%)
6. SEC (1-11, 8.3%)

Big Ten vs. ACC
Big Ten leads, 2-1

Monday Results
Arizona State 79, Marquette 77 -- Somethin' special might be brewin' in Tempe.
Cal 85, Arkansas 77 -- There will be no Justin Cobbs vs. former team matchup.
Maryland 56, Providence 52 -- This might be a "resume win" in March.
Pitt 76, Texas Tech 53 -- We didn't learn anything we didn't already know. ... Tubby has a difficult job on his hands.
Syracuse 75, Gophers 67 -- I'm encouraged, but gotta' win today. Gophers are better than Razorbacks.
