Has anyone else seen it? I thought Season 1 was pretty good but Season 2 struggled, in my opinion. I played the first game, so I was probably a bit harsh in the same way "the book was better" people can be annoying.

My issues with it weren't what a lot of people complained about - I don't really care about Elie's looks and I enjoyed the game, so I don't care about the lesbian relationship, I just thought the character's tone in Season 2 completely missed the entire point.

watched the first season but understood the premise from the video game (and am still pissed that playstation will not release this onto xbox). thought it was fine. Haven't gotten to season 2 as felt pretty meh about season one after watching it. The comments by people on how Ellie looks are really, really, really weird. she's 14 in the series. I know the show has thrown in some stuff like the story has moved forward 5 years (I'd assume to make her of age to avoid some of this), but ffs calm down about if the person playing the animated 14 year old is hot enough or not.

its kind of similar to me when GoT was taking off and commentary about Arya, Sansa, and Daenarys was all over the place despite them all being under age.
