Probably about as well as we could have played. We're the worst executing team I've seen all year. Michigan St. sure took a long time to get rolling. Not sure if that had to do with the cool weather or what. I can't imagine we'll have more than 15,000 MN fans for Iowa.

It is really too bad we didn't discover Lair until he's a junior. Wills became a decent offensive lineman. I don't think having Kim Royston healthy would have made any difference this year.

Who's a better receiver? Hayo Carpenter or Brandon Green?

1. Executing is part of playing, so no we did not play about as well as we could have played.

2. There will be plenty more than 15,000 Gopher fans at the Iowa game.

3. Agreed on Wills. IMO he is the most improved player on the team.

4. Brandon Green is hurt and out for the year, so I am not sure what your point is.

Definitely Green.

The defense is getting better. They made a lot of nice plays today (e.g., Spencer Reeves). We had a ton of tackles for losses. Still too many mistakes, though.
