I will be watching Saturday's game from my chair and was thinking of what I should make for dinner. I figured, if we're playing for the Pig, I'm going to get some pork cooking. So, I've decided to start the oven early in the day and slow cook some pork carnitas, and maybe have some margaritas with it during the game.

Anyone else thinking of pork for the menu Saturday?

Going to the game, so I won’t have time to do my favorite, pork belly burnt ends.
