He should have been done long, long ago, but, hell, he's in his 90's. Got to give him some credit for hanging in there. Guessing a lot of people in their 90's s sound pretty feeble.

Seriously though, I think he makes a good point about a new fb practice facility being closer to 70 mil than the 28 mil that the U is claiming. I'll give him that much.

Maybe GHers should go Amish on this project and just come together and build all the facilities voluntarily. We'd get the whole thing done under the 70 mil figure.
