So Kill is our coach. I am not that upset about it. Could have been worse. So we have talent on our current team, but have sorely lacked coaching. It sounds like Kill has coached players up with half the talent of some of our guys. He could really make a difference in players like Carter, Gray, McKnight, Gjere, the Olsen's, Hageman, etc. We have some guys with the physical tools to be absolutely dominating players. Kill has rarely coached guys with these talents, and has done pretty well. I think he could make some of our current guys into absolutely amazing players. I mean into epic type players. Gray, with an offense that seems tailored to him, could really turn some heads. I mean REALLY turn some heads. I think next season has the potential to be pretty fun. Also, I don't think we are going to worry about discipline issues.

Since most of them are Jr and Sr, I think we will see a decent retention. Stupid to transfer when you do not have that much time left.
