per Marcus:
Ever since his days coaching Big Man U, Jim Dutcher has kept a keen eye on the development of post players at the University of Minnesota.
It had been pretty disappointing for a long time.
Partly because the Gophers couldn't consistently bring in talented big men. And the ones who came in with great potential -- like Joel Przybilla, Rick Rickert and Kris Humphries -- declared early for the NBA draft.
That's why Dutcher, the former Gophers coach, was excited to see the growth of Minnesota's senior center, Mo Walker.
"He's continued to get better," Dutcher said. "The Gophers have done a pretty good job getting him the basketball. Any team that's scouting Minnesota now starts with trying to figure out how they're going to guard Mo Walker."
