PiPress: Mbakwe attorneys want facebook issue dismissed

Now that is a pathetic motion.

The form can be found HERE. Order #3.

Not going to work for Ms. Nolen, although I'm not surprised she of all people would try for such a dismissal. After all, she is a confirmed coke user (per court documents, she tested positive for yayo) and when she was charged with (felony) fifth-degree possession of cocaine and (gross misdemeanor) child endangerment at her house (because there were drugs and kids in the house when the cops showed up with a search warrant), the charges were eventually dropped after a judge ruled that there was insufficient cause to support the search warrant.

By several accounts, she and her husband, while drug addicts, are good people. Hopefully they are clean and the children are doing well; many people make positive changes in their lives and go on to help others. These types of motions do irk me, though.

The link should be opening up a blank PDF form. This form (specifically Order 3., which begins at the top of page 2) is what is being referred to in the story. They may need the assistance of Katherine Harris on this one.

sigh......

Yet mamy on this board will argue to the death at what a "great guy" Mbakwe is simply because he can rebound a basketball well.

Who argues how great he is? I didn't know if "mamy on this board" was a referance to human beings or what, because as the educated person you are you should know that mamy isn't acutally in Webster's.

Neither is the word "acutally".

Um, no. This has nothing to do with Ms. Nolen's personal life. Any attorney worth their salt would file this motion. While not malpractice, it would be incredibly irresponsible not to. Just curious, do you have a law degree?
