Came across this brief Philadelphia Inquirer piece on the UM-PSU game this weekend. For those familiar with the Strib's Gophers coverage, you'll recognize the format of the interview. Like the Strib, this is a CineSports piece interviewing Joe Juliano, who's the Inquirer's PSU Football coverage reporter.
What's fun with this one is that a Nittany Lion defeat of our beloved Gophers is characterized as a SIGNIFICANT win for this edition of the Lions.
No doubt that like what has been said the last three games about our opponents "being down" can also be applied to PSU (probably even more so), it's still remarkable that a potential win over the Golden Gophers is being called "significant" by any other team in the conference, let alone this year's Nittany's.
