Rivals says he will visit the U for our Homecoming weekend. He is currently committed to Penn State. He is a safety from Florida.
 

Looks like Ted Roof is the main recruiter at Penn State, kind of funny/interesting.
 

unless a kid tells coaches to stop recruiting him, then they aren't committed. get 'er done jer!
 

I believe he may have committed before the sanctions came down. So I'd assume anyone in that situation would owe it to themselves to reconsider. I know we could use more Florida kids on the team. So I hope he changes his mind.
