Average RPI of Opponents: 182.7
Average RPI of Home Opponents: 217.25
NCAA Qualifiers (3): Butler, Morgan State, Stephen F. Austin
Top 100 (3): Butler (24), Miami-Florida (65), Stephen F. Austin (74)
Projected Opponents: UCLA (33) & West Virginia (21) at 76 Classic.

The Good?: Bar none, the 76 Classic has the most competitive field of all the in-season tournaments. The Gophers need to take full advantage by advancing into the winner's bracket, which would assure them of playing 3 quality opponents, something their schedule desperately needs.

The (not so) Bad?: The Gophers got a good draw for their ACC road game. Most preseason prognosticators are tabbing Miami as a sleeper in the ACC, meaning a win vs. the Hurricanes could carry some clout (if necessary) come Selection Sunday.

The Ugly?: Another barf-bag special of a home schedule. When Morgan State, Stephen F. Austin and a Saint Joe's team pegged to finish 12th in the A-10 are touted as your top 3 home games, season-ticket holders know they have another "praise the porcelain" November & December in their future.
