It seems that many of these places have school sponsored parking which is much farther away than neighborhoods right around the stadium.
Northwestern- check out Asbury Ave just East of Ryan Field. This has ample parking, many with limited tailgating, Cul de Sacs off Asbury to the west, toward the stadium, are priced at a significant premium at times, but some of these are full tailgate ops
Purdue - really? Why bother. Actually right across the street from Ross Ade off Northwestern Ave has ample parking. Most will allow full on tailgating. its the difference between walking 5 minutes and taking a shuttle in if you get poor positioning in gold and black. KDR is always a favorite (1134 Northwestern). You'll be able to park for free on the street, but you'll have to walk a bit
Wisconsin- many of the school lots have shown full, but again plenty of parking is in the neighborhoods to the West.Try Lanthrop off Regent.
