Happened on my new I-phone as well. The digital system has occasionally not worked on game days.

I was getting reports the app didn’t work so it was taking a long time to get into the stadium. What’s wrong with wanting to keep a paper ticket stub as a reminder of game you’ve been to?

Not the entire problem. Typically, sometimes a venue will have trouble due to Ticketmaster and other sources. Not just Huntington on this one.

Then it was a bad choice for the U to partner with them. It doesn’t matter what the specifics are all that matters is I can’t access my digital ticket and can’t get into the game.
