On a side note, can we stop starting threads dedicated to this fool? You just feedin to that sad ego every time we reference him on here.
It's hard to ignore him though, as he's become such a 'star'.
I mean really, the dude is so omnipresent and all over the place internet-wise, that he's really become quite the celebrity amongst the internet troll set, and has achieved quite the amazing level of notoriety as such.
For example, I was reading an article on ESPN.com the other day about B10 basketball. It wasn't even Minnesota specific, it was about basketball in the conference overall and in general, and in the comments section there was this obvious fool going by the handle of something like 'BigMinnesoooooootan', and of course he was presenting himself as being a big Gophers fan and incredibly ignorant to boot (IE horribly misspelling almost every single word, etc etc), an obvious troll. And then the next thing you know, there were about 30 people in that comments thread identifying that guy as being the one and only Pantherhawk, and not all of those people were Gophers fans either. You had some Ohio Staters, some Michiganders and MSU fans, some Purdues, and some Northwesterners all pointing the finger at this guy as being Pantherhawk and suggesting he go suck on a tail-pipe and things of that ilk.
So he bothers and is annoying to virtually everyone, it ain't just us (although we are the sole targets of his obsession), and if you're a B10 fan trying to participate in discussions on ESPN or Yahoo or any one of dozens of other college sports-related sites, then you're liable to be aware of Pantherhawk, because he is literally all over the place, from Twitter to Facebook to Scout to Rivals to ESPN to Yahoo and on and on and on.
So yes, he's become quite well known as being a true heavyweight amongst all trolls, and that's why it's so hard to ignore him, because seemingly no matter where ya go, well there he is.
