PA tried to have Brew on KFAN this week

and sounds like got stiffed. He said they would have had him a spot any day after signing day or even would have done an interview and played the tape.

Brew has no contractual obligations to KFAN but PA has been a decent supporter, I'm shocked that Brew didn't go on since he seems to like the PR.

It's on the Friday podcast labeled Vikings/Free Angency. About 1/2 way through the segment.

It kinda depends on Brew's schedule as well?

Given his efforts toward PR, I don't think Brew would intentionally stiff PA! It may be there is a legitimate reason he has not been able to accomidate PA at this time!
 


I know people listen to him for whatever reason, but PA is a shill who doesn't know the first thing about college football.
 

Dubay was the Gopher supporter on PA & Dubay. Not to say PA was a hater, but the two Gopher supporters on KFAN were Dubay and Doogie and both are working over at GopherIllustrated now.
 


PA is lame if i was Brew i would'nt have gone either.

Talking anything but sports??? Seriously? Then you haven't heard Common,(formerly Hartman) Barrerio. Politics, politics all the time.

He is really funny but I've heard the same stuff from him for 10 years. He is a good nothing at noon guy ;) He just never has good sports guests on.

BPT will be starting then who will be next to him?
 

I think Carter will beat out Marcus by the first or second game. It won't matter that much because I feel prob 85% of the time all three will be on the feild at the same time.
 

Vikings

PA is a good guy and does a good job but his love for the Vikings is above all else. He had an interview with the Vikings new special teams coach. Yes, the special teams coach. Did he try to get an interview with the Gophers new offensive or defensive coordinators??? Not sure.

Not sure why Brew didn't go on but he was recruiting up until the last minute. Its funny, he used to get ripped for going on TV or the radio too much and saying too much and soon he will be getting ripped for not talking enough like Mase or Denny. Maybe he gets sick of our media like all the others did.

of course his love for the vikes is above all else.....he announces their games for peetes sake

he is working fox sports for the timberwolves and all of a sudden they can do no wrong either

PA is a friggin joke
 

The thing I found interesting is that he offered any day after signing day. How busy was Brew on Thursday and Friday? KFAN is the cities sports radio station, Brew probably should have taken the 10 minute "opportunity" to keep selling our program.
 

PA is OK. He is clearly playing the host, and very well. He doesn't try to play the expert, that's not his gig.

common is funny. I try to listen regularly so I don't miss anything. If i don't listen to him once at least every six months or so i just get lost. Well that's not completely true. I did go two years between listening to him once, and it was like I hadn't missed a day. So i guess i just don't know what i'm trying to sa....

brewster aint going to answer the bell for them

hartmann(got fired) would rip him on a daily basis

by the way........what the hell is KFAN doing trying to talk sports with brewster.......that would screw up their fan base if they had to hear sports
