If you haven't seen these videos already, they will give you a taste of what we are in for. He will change how people see MN football (what exactly that is, is an open question). If he can recruit, bring in solid talent and develop that talent; we'll be in for some interesting times. Because of his being so open to the media, (again, assuming he can recruit the talent) Gopher football could find itself in the national spotlight (in a positive way). As far as I know, there aren't really any other college coaches that have videos out there like these. His access to local news in Michigan has in part propelled the development of a national persona. Based on his comments yesterday, local media in the Twin Cities will have that same access. I hope he learns quickly who the local reporter media rags are that could not possibly bring themselves to say something positive about Gopher sports and find great joy in tearing something down.

The local media will be the toughest part of the local "Culture" that Fleck will have to change.
Negative journalism and "click bait" is easy journalism, and takes little talent and insight.
Our market is loaded with guys like that. Fleck tried to put them on notice in yesterdays presser.
