Bismarck Tribune: Johannesson, Brooks lift Bruins past CHS

James Johannesson, Fargo South’s speedy 215-pound tailback, is a defensive coordinator’s instant headache.

Throw in quick, agile and speedy Ty Brooks and you have a coach’s nightmare come to life.

Johannesson rushed for 252 yards and four touchdowns to lead South to a 43-20 nonregional Class AAA football victory over Century on Saturday night.

Brooks caught four passes for 84 yards, threw a 30-yard pass to Johannesson and rushed for 68 yards and a score.
