Will Kill bring any kids with him? Which ones?

Who will be transferring from the flock? De-committing?

Any ideas?

This is his first order of business, and is critical to his success in a couple years.

I doubt he'll take any kids away from NIU and it's hard to say who would transfer. We have three kids from Illinois as commits and if they all stick then it might be a good sign. If Kill retains Hammock I would feel pretty good about recruiting in the future since he has been our ace. We'll really have to wait and see how many coaches he brings from his staff.

I would love to see him keep Hammock and/or Davis on in some form.

We have 14-15 "committments" right now and I would say start off by reaching out to them first and then move on and fill the class out. You have about 3 months.

Does anyone know what kind of recruiter he is? Meaning, is he a road warrior, or a Masonite?

I think he'll need to find some new QB prospects. While I'm stoked about what Gray will be able to do with some time in Kill's offense I'm guessing that Alipate and Parish are square pegs.

I believe Parish was a dual threat prospect coming out of high school and I can see him staying on board, but Alipate may not fit well into a spread offense so he may be one that could transfer out of here. Shortell from Kansas could de-commit because I cant see him fitting well into a spread type offense in D1 college football either. Hope they prove me wrong, but those are just my thoughts.

An interesting prospect is Bishop Sankey from Washington. He's a soft verbal to Wash St. but Hammock has been recruiting him hard all season and he visited for the Ohio State game. Per MV's comments about the visit it sounds like if Hammock is kept on and if he can get into school, he'll be a gopher.

Dude is supposed to be seriously fast (no Hayo Carpenter)
