I haven't seen this on any of the reports for this week. Kirkwood is walking around in a boot today around campus. Precautionary? Maybe, but it's a little worrisome to say the least. Especially with our injury situation and how Gillum seems to be non-existant at this point.

With how fragile our teams ankles seem to be, they should walk around in boots and taped up ankles at all times.

Go back to the Becky boards troll. Kirkwood ran with the first unit
yesterday's practice.

Yup, I'm a troll and a closet badger fan. You got me.

I saw him walking around in a boot this morning. Was surprised so I had to get a closer look to see if my eyes were playing tricks on me. Name tag on his backpack that all the athletes wear around clearly said, Kirkwood.

Lol - nice try.

Good one, troll. He sure wasn't wearing a boot when I saw him playing hopscotch on Washington Ave. this afternoon.

Maybe the troll meant he was wearing boots that the troll likes. I'm sure Kirkland's got style.

Should he be banned?

It seems to me if we have that many people who are saying that afurry91 is lying about Kirkwood that he may be a candidate for being banned. I don't know if this adds any more credibility to whether afurry91 is lying but it has been reported that that Dave Lee saw Kirkland in a boot.

I saw Kirkwood today as well, I didn't notice if he was wearing a boot, but thought he might have had the slightest bit of a limp. I may just be remembering incorrectly though.

What incentive do I have to lie about our starting running back walking around in a boot? I've got better things to do than to make up lies. You guys are unbelievable. I saw what I saw. It doesn't mean he's going to miss time. I didn't say he is out for 4 weeks, I'm just saying what I saw this morning.

If I was mistaken (while I don't believe I was), then I apologize, but yikes jump to extremes much?

Dude stay away from this type of stuff.

I know everybody want's to break news, and such and are excited to share with what they saw but it is best to stay away from Injury type stuff. It's just best to not put that stuff out there, as you don't know the context or content of what is going on.

Also as you see the reaction you will get called a troll, a spy, I realize your a student and a Gopher fan, but some things
are best left between telling your buddy's and the need to know folks, a siteing like this the rest of us don't need to know about it.
Your fine with having concern, Just saying, don't share information that can benefit the other side, you will know that, as you get older.

It's to throw off the BADger spies.

Does anyone remember the episode of "Coach" where the Screaming Eagles were in a bowl game and their star QB was supposedly hurt? He was in a wheelchair in the first half, then all of a sudden took his jacket off where he was in full uniform, and led Minnesota St. to a second half victory. This is what Kirkwood and Gray will do on Saturday. Wisconsin will be so shocked when they come into the game that they won't be able to think straight.

Wow DudePart, you need to relax. So does everyone else jumping down this kid's throat. He said he saw him wearing a boot, I don't think he was trying to "break news" with his post. He was just stating what he saw. As for the "don't share information that can benefit the other side", please, don't embarrass yourself by inferring that anyone from the Wisconsin football program is looking around for crap like this. "You will know that, as you get older"... Stupid. Maybe when you get older you will realize that this is gopherhole and nobody that matters take this junk seriously. There isn't much context or content to the statement that he was seen wearing a boot.

I honestly thought people were joking when they were calling you a troll. But I'm actually not so sure now. It is Killjoy, Parski, and Ruppert, three very easily offended and a little unstable characters.

You're just saying this because you can't dunk. Kirkwood probably can't dunk either. I'm drunk. So there.

LOL Gold Vision

Here was my quote Gold Vision:

I suspect most people, like you, didn't understand that my comment was a joke. Unfortunately, I knew it probably would be too subtle but I wanted to see if anybody would understand the joke. I guess the joke is on me then.

But I did laugh about your comment about unstable characters. You might want to check out this blog after a Gopher loss to see who the real unstable characters are.:)

Haha, I honestly didn't even read your whole comment. Pretty lazy but I stopped reading after the first sentence. My bad!

He did disappear from the NW game - can't remember the sequence exactly, but I was wondering if he was hurt. Williams will get to plays some, it seems.

It's called swag :)

LOL....okay.

A. He is not listed on the injury list as of yesterday.
B. Tuesday, according to Limegrover The Gray, Ed Olson, DCT,
Isac F and Jones didn't take reps with the first unit. He expected
Jones, Isac F, and DCT to be back with some reps on Wed
C. Nothing from Fuller and the other media wags regarding Kirkwood
D. If you watch the replay, Kirkwood was in the last series against Northwestern
Bottom line: He may have been wearing cowboy boots.

I can't wait until he turns into Limegrover the White. We need that.
