per the Omaha World Herald:

Minnesota coach P.J. Fleck held up a chart at his weekly press conference Tuesday afternoon.

It was a line that bobbed up and down, but the overall trajectory was upward.

“This is what success looks like,” he said. “There is going to be good times and bad times.”

Minnesota is currently in some bad times.

The Gophers (4-5, 1-5 Big Ten) have lost five of their last six games entering this weekend’s matchup with Nebraska. The sole win came over Illinois on Oct. 21. Minnesota dropped games to Maryland, Purdue, Michigan State, Iowa and Michigan.

Against the Wolverines, Minnesota ran for just 90 yards and threw for 74. Quarterback Demry Croft had as many completions (5) as sacks in a 33-10 loss.

“Saturday showed how far away we are,” Fleck said.

Go Gophers!!

Doesn't PJ have some advisors that could politely say, "coach, put the chart down" prior to the press conference? Unless of course the press was a group of kindergarteners.
