Well just for some clarity's sake, the actual process that this guy ended up on the cup appears to be that Ole Miss actually opened up their process to picking photos by asking the public to submit photos over the internet.

Now that's dumb, but I don't 'think' the powers that be at Ole Miss actually knew.

Having said that, I don't really know who this guy is but as far as I know it's not like he makes fun of disabled people or something ...
