Ohio State university officials confirm that defensive lineman Adolphus Washington was cited Wednesday evening by City of Columbus police with a first-degree misdemeanor charge of solicitation.

Ohio State Athletics Communications Spokesperson Jerry Emig said Washington is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 17.

"Disciplinary action will be handled internally," Emig said.

When he was a recruit he probably got the "services" for free. Bet he was surprised when he now had to pay for them.
 

Urban runs a transparently clean program.
 

Are these expenses calculated into the Full Cost of Attendance costs?

I can't agree. The consequences fit the action.
The kid wrote a heartfelt apology. He made a mistake and will pay the price.

The kid is a senior. What more can he suspend him for? Has to sit out any job interviews after college?
 

It's Ohio State and Urban Meyer. Nothing he does is ever good enough for people. If Urban would have cut the kid and had him expelled from school, people would be mad that Urban didn't order his death by firing squad.
 

What is wrong with the co-eds of OSU!?! Don't they understand their role with an Urban Myer football team? Jeesh!
