If Urban Meyer stays I think they play in the Big 10 Championship 8 of the next 10 years and win it 7 of the next 10 yrs. kind of sad that the collective Big Ten is 1-22 against OSU since his arrival. Could it be 34-1 for Meyer? 42-2? I doubt it, but it's been pretty dominating since he arrived and they r young and only getting better.

It doesn't have much to do with the conference. They are juts one of just a couple of the most dominant college football programs in nation every year, even when they are "bad" by their own standards.

LSU, OSU and Oklahoma are the winningest programs in the last ten years (along with Boise State). None of the four won a championship, except for LSU in 2007 (against OSU). Alabama won three and they are not even among the top ten programs by winning %.

You also have to remember that OSU was probably the best team in the country in 2012 and would have played Alabama if it weren't for "tattoo-gate" or whatever. Urban Meyer basically quit Florida to take the OSU job, citing "health issues" so Florida could save face.
