It's a biggie tonight!! A bit of adversity thrown our way this week, will be playing in front of many St. John's fans, but we gotta find a way to grind this one out. GET 'ER DONE PITINO!!!!!!!!!!!!

St. Johns opened as a 2 point favorite, Gophers are currently 1 point favorite.

Should be a good test. We need our guards to stay out of foul trouble, and Morris has to have a good game defending the wing.

Stan has the lucky 1st post on the game thread

Go Gophers!!!

I'm already upset about the Home Cookin' that slick-haired Lavin is getting...

Game-Plan shouldn't be too complicated.

-Get the ball to Mo early and try to get Obepka in foul trouble, he is their only decent big man. His backup is 6-7.

-Clog the paint defensively. St Johns is not a great 3-point shooting team, guards like to score in the paint.

-For god sakes Hollins, Mathieu, Morris, and Mason, do not get into foul trouble.

Obekpa is naaaasty!! One of the best shot blockers in the nation.

If Harrison is on, that's big trouble.

Toss up game, though. Go get it, Gophs.

Somebody needs to bother Harrison. Whoever has him can't get caught up in trying to double the entry pass.

Yes, Harrison has NBA potential, a strong slasher. Carlos man, be ready and be steady. Seems to me a game where EE could be really important defensively.

A good road test. Go get em squirrel and Gophers!!!

Amelia is predicting a 68-52 loss tonight so I like our chances. Seriously though 52 points would be less than LIU, NJIT, and Franklin Pierce each scored in their games against St. Johns.

16 point loss? I'll believe it when I see it.

Hopefully the team can focus with the McNeil news

Big game. And slight underdogs apparently. This could have a huge bearing on making the tourney this year.

Both Dres aren't playing very good. Andre taking bad shots and making silly mistakes.

We look pretty poor so far. Need to cut the turnovers down.

Need little Dre to turn his game on this year

I'd be okay with starting Mason until Little Dre gets his head on the court...
