Every Power 5 team has had an appearance in one of the NYD 6 Bowl games over the past 25 seasons...except the teams listed below (last appearance)

Kentucky (Peach 93)
Vandy (Peach 74)
Indiana (Peach 90)
Rutgers (none)
Northwestern (Rose 95)
NC State (Peach 95)
Boston College (Cotton 85)
Cal (Rose 59)
Arizona State (Rose 96)
Gophers (Rose 62)

10 out of 64 teams. Of course. Better than Rutgers though.
 


Purdue getting close to this list again I believe. (2000 Season)
Maryland 2001/2002 Orange/Peach in back-to-back seasons

Since the NY6 started in 2014. 33 of the 64 P5 teams have played in a game. We're on the wrong side of the 50% there as well.

I always thought of the games as NYD bowl games and that would have included the Outback Bowl.

I’ve never thought of and can’t remember anyone discussing NYD 6…

Some of those are playoff bowls now too right? Not sure counting them like this makes sense.
