NW game time???

Any chance they were holding off scheduling this due to the possibility of a Viking playoff game?

Consider me one of the 90% of people planning to attend that game that would not go if the two times conflicted.

No offense to the Gophers, but a Viking playoff game would trump Gophers vs. Northwestern in a meaningless game every time.
 

well vikings play Saturday night at 7, so if it was the concern they can determine a time now for the game, though I don't think it was, don't they have time scheduled for following weekend? what if vikings got that far?
 

I don't think they really care what time the Vikes game is.
 

The game is on the BTN... Im sure that they care how many people watch the game. If the Vikings play at the same time as the Gophers I would bet that the ratings for the Gophers game would drop. Don't have to worry about it now, just saying.
 


yes BTN would care about it, but its not the reason why there isnt a time set yet, how do I know? well there going to be 5 games on BTN next weekend, with at least 5 of the ten teams in NFL markets that could have played in the playoffs, including Wisconsin (packers), yet every game has a set time for that weekend but for gophers/northwestern game, so the reason can't be because of the vikings, if they were worried about NFL playoffs taking up their slots, they would have TBD for every B1G game for every weekend through out the NFL playoffs, yet they don't. So like I said, the NFL had nothing to do with the TBD, what was? I don't know.
 


Ya, looks like it is at 7pm on Saturday night. Perfect time for the Gopher and Viking fan. Tyus and Rashad face off at 3:30 on Saturday, Vikings at 7. Gophers on Sunday sometime.

Can't wait for next weekend.
