as maybe you are close to the program---or maybe send me a private message but--does it seem to you that Tubby and the boys are a little late with their offers and Wisconsin--for example---is a little quicker to pull the trigger? Or are you satisfied with the timliness of gopher offers? Some things i read on here makes me wonder.
