Need to hope for late qualifiers both on the HS side and at the JC level.

We'll see if some scholies get pulled at the last minute from schools with over commits. There may be a surprise gem or two at the last minute. Crumbs is what's left at the moment, but there may still be big chunks that may have fallen off. Maybe.

Yeah, it's not really like we need to fill up this class either. I think a guy like Kenney will probably be signed up pretty soon but I wouldn't expect to see Kill get desperate to fill up the scholarships. He'll just save them for next season and we'll balance out our classes.

I would expect any extra scholarships to be held for next year unless a surprise recruit unknown to us/ or Scout/ or Rivals/ or ESPN/ is out there that Kill was working on or someone has a last minute change of heart (e.g. like Carter). They then have the flexibility if a walk-on shows promise next fall, they can give him one. I also wouldn't be surprised to see Kill again go after some JCs next year to fill identified gaps. Some of those JCs will likely be the 4 star variety that most covet yet needed that extra time to mature either physically and/or emotionally - and hopefully have got their sh*t together regarding academics.
