I'm not going to worry too much about this one. Hats off to Ohio State.

Another big game coming up agains Illinois. If we lose that one then it will time to get nervous.

I'll even through Wisconsin a good luck in beating tOSU.

It's not just about losing, it's about playing like absolute trash, getting beat to every loose ball, playing soft, and looking clueless in the half court.

We're going to lose every game the rest of the year if this doesn't get better.

I agree. We didn't play well, but even if we had, I don't think it was in the cards today. If OSU plays well, not many teams can beat them and they played pretty well today. Most important question now is Hoff's health.

From when he went crashing to the floor? Seemed like he was okay? What did you hear?

He has a knee injury and was wearing a brace when he came back in. He was out about 6 minutes. I know ESPN didn't mention it, but they're incompetent.

smartest post on this board for ahwile when it comes to the losses. every loss is another excuse of it was a road game, we don't have nolen or any other exucse you can come up with.

probably weren't going to beat OSU considering the current make up of the team but to just shrug it off as oh well a bad day. no heart or fight in this team. completely soft and the coaching staff at some point needs to be held accountable. yes some things beyond the staffs control but the passive play of a team that should at home play desparate is disappointing.

this team is going to have a hard time winning any game from here on out regardless of where it is played.

and this not just "freaking out" over one loss.

I'm not worried about this one as much as I am the game before it and the miserable second half against Purdue. They really need to get their act together. Also, it would help if they could get Mbawke one of those permits that the Big Ten has given Sullinger to camp out in the lane.

Without Nolan, Walker and Joseph we are just not good anymore. I'm seriously doubting if we can make the tournament.

Team the losses of our players with the fact that we are getting out played on every level right now, and we have massive problems. I'm sorry but this is just another complete disaster of a season. Tubby is not going to get a practice facility anytime soon...if I were him I would be having doubts about his tenure here. It must be absolutely extremely stressful. I feel bad for him.

But Tubby also needs to get his act together and learn how to run a freaking offense. Just horrible to watch

We lack players to compete with Ohio State.

Look at the matchups today. There forwards can put the ball on the floor and hit the three. The point and off guards can shoot. No matter what you think of Nolan he makes the Gophers a better team. Not great, but better. If he is back for the BTT we have a chance to make the dance.

Oh come on Ruppert!

Can't you just admit the sky is falling? ;)

OSU the real deal

After getting a first peek at OSU in person, they're national title material. They look all the part of #1. Big, quick, athletic, perimeter shooters, slashers, they play defense and perhaps most importantly, they're very unselfish. I was also impressed with how they just played ball. I didn't see any trash-talk garbage like there was last year when Turner & Westbrook went mouth to mouth. Very workmanlike.

In terms of recent opponents that have visited The Barn, they remind me of the 2000 Michigan State national title team. They can beat you in a lot of ways.
