A big congratulations to Pat Fitzgerald and Northwestern; they seem to be a story nobody is talking about. They started the year off bad, almost losing to Eastern Michigan and then losing to Syracuse and us. But they end up finishing 5-3 in the Big Ten (for the second straight year) and closed it out with wins against Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin - all teams that we lost to.
