The rankings he was using were the NET rankings in parentheses, not what’s on the first page of this thread. Looks to me like the Gophers are 2nd worst, carrying on an un-proud tradition of the previous regime.
 

The 1-18 rankings are based on how I graded the schedules, while noting only the opponents' average NET ranking in parentheses.

But yes, correct, Gopher opponents have the second worst (17th) average net ranking in the Big Ten. 15th or 17th, however we slice it, not good.

Paints not even dry yet and you’re already asking for a different color. I agree the non conference schedule sucks ass ( I know I’ve been telling myself this for 26 years) but this hopefully should be the last time we gotta put up with the crappy schedule. Niko will do better
