No Sports Huddle SUMMARY Today.

I won't be transcribing today's Sports Huddle, for I have an important family commitment - the Baptism of our eighth grandchild.

Any updates on injuries? Kill said after the game Nelson had a hip pointer. Engel was hobbled on that 4th down play. Obviously Christenson is out. I hope we didn't get too beat up yesterday.

Coach Kill said Christensen's injury was very serious. He is going to have surgery soon (Maybe even today?). As far as Nelson's injury Kill said Nelson will be very sore today (hip pointer injury?). He went on to say this is what happens with this type of injury but he didn't indicate that he wouldn't be ready by this coming Saturday.
