Tuned in WCCO Sunday morning to see if Fleck would be on the Sports Huddle.

at 9:00am, instead of Dave Mona, Paul Douglas came on to announce that the "Sports Huddle" will not be on the air. They did not give any time frame for this, but it did not sound like only a 1-week thing. Sounded like it could be for a longer period.

So, don't expect any PJ Fleck Interview notes for a while.

I'll keep checking on Sundays to see when or if the Huddle returns.

Considering that the co-host is 100 years old - if this winds up being a lengthy hiatus, I have to wonder if the show returns in the same format, or if changes are made. time will tell.

While I'm glad we're taking every precaution and not doing a studio format this feels like one of the few aspects of normalcy that could have gone on and likely boosted its listenership considerably. Simply call in.

Then again, I don't really know WCCOs production requirements and if they are set up to basically broadcast from home. I haven't listened to radio in years are they all COVID all the time right now?

So Sid will be dead within days, because they say if he can't work, that will happen.

It's embarrassing what they do with Sid and still have him on the air.
