At least at one point in the season we had a fairly strong defensive identity; Al Nolan's scrappy play seemingly was "the glue" that held this team together defensively-- now I guess that is gone!
I wish Tubby would have established an approach that allowed one group of starters to get a significantly higher percentage of floor time--that way maybe the individuals out there would gel better and develop quicker....
I know his "hockey line shift" mentality has its merits, but all of this quick rotation stuff really hasn't worked too effectively this year (maybe some players just haven't found their groove because they are taken out of the game too quickly)
The off court distractions certainly have not helped the gophers in 2010, either!
What does everyone else think the major problems are?
